Heritage Farm Award

In 2011, the Hatchgrove farm was recognized as a Heritage Farm by three government agencies in the Philippines:

The Philippine Coconut Authority

The Bicol Consortium for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (BCCAARD)

The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCARRD).

The farm has also participated in the replanting and coconut planting program of PCA. Planted and harvested are replanted hectares through open pollinated varieties in identified idle and open areas suitable for coconut planting.
